Bedtime Bliss Sleep Mask, Ear Plugs & Carry Case – Review

When I sleep there are two things I like: absolute darkness and silence. As a frequent business traveler these are also two things I’m lucky to get. Have you ever stayed in a hotel room? Just take a look at what you encounter once the lights are out:

This may not seem like much, but the power area from the the TV monitor and an alarm clock let off a lot of light! Couple this with loud passers by in hotel hallways and sometimes peaceful, deep sleep is just not going to happen. Doesn’t matter what hotel it is either!I had thought of trying a sleep mask in the past and put it off because I couldn’t find one that didn’t bother my eyes. Until now.

The Bedtime Bliss sleep mask is contoured so nothing is touching the eye. There is a cut out for the nose and there is no type of obstruction. The material is soft and the band is adjustable so you can wear it as tight or as loose as you like. I also tried the ear plugs and they work! They took a little getting used to and a few tries to get them to fit properly. I didn’t find them comfortable at first, but it wasn’t a manufacturing defect. After I got used to them, it was okay.

With a convenient carrying case, I can just throw them in my suitcase or backpack and go. These will definitely be part of my travel must-haves going forward and you can get yours on Amazon.com:
