Talking About Suicide and #YouMatter

I  have started this blog entry a few different ways. Suicide is not an easy topic. I decided to keep it short and let this story speak for itself:

Today at Military One Click I share my personal experience with suicide. I am also participating in the #YouMatter campaign. A photo and a hashtag may not seem like it can make a big difference, but one acknowledgement is sometimes all it takes. This is such an incredibly important message to so many.
